Basic Support Plan - Includes unlimited telephone support and an annual one-hour on-site maintenance check-up.
Standard Support Plan - Includes the Basic Plan, plus 5 hours of on-site or remote services.
Premier Support Plan - Includes the Basic Plan, plus 10 hours of on-site or remote services, and no charge for travel within a 20 mile radius of our office.
- On-Site Support - On a per hour contractual basis.Visions will provide scheduled on-site support meetings to resolve technical issues and provide new user training and other client requests.
- Remote Support and Training - Utilizing an internet system, Visions provides scheduled training sessions to resolve technical support issues, create custom reports or demonstrate new features of the software.
- Telephone Support - On a per hour basis, Visions responds to technical support via telephone within 4 hours. Calls received after 2:00 pm may be returned the next day.
- E-mail Support - At a per incident fee, Visions responds within one business day to your email question.
- Database Conversion and Repair - Visions has a certified data repair expert on staff should your Timeslips database become corrupted and cannot be repaired using the built-in data verification tool. Our expert can also convert data from most systems into our products.
